1. "Case folding is the process of matching start tags to end tags in an event-based parser: true or false" False, it's the act of converting all string cases to a uniform system, usually lowercase.

2. "What does SimpleXML do when it encounters an XML attribute" Ignores it.

3. "What is the primary reason for using PHP to process XML and XSLT rather than letting it be processed on the client side" The client may not support either of the two formats, or may process them incorrectly.
